RECEIVING THE PRODUCT

Juliana Gevaerd offers its customers superior products. Concerned about providing excellent service and ensuring total satisfaction to its customers, Juliana Gevaerd has established its Exchange and Return Policy in accordance with Law 8.078 of September 11, 1990 of the Consumer Defense Code (Brazil). To make exchanges and returns, the customer must be aware of the rules below:

 

When you receive a product purchased from Juliana Gevaerd's online store, you should refuse your receipt if:

 

The package is open or defective;
Product is defective;
The Product is in disagreement with the request;
The Product is incomplete.

If you still receive the product under these conditions, please contact the service.

EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT

We wish you total satisfaction when making your purchases in our online store.


To meet your needs, we offer up to 7 consecutive days, from the date the goods are received by the customer until the exchange or return request is made by sending an e-mail to loja@julianagevaerd.com.br.

Within this period we are responsible for the costs of transportation of the product.

Important: All items must be returned in the original condition, with no indication of use, with label affixed, original packaging wrapped in brown paper, or packaging of the same size or larger than the original. Products sent in disagreement with the above standards will be immediately returned without prior consultation, losing the right to exchange or return.

 

After approval of the e-mail sent, the product can be exchanged for free in our store in São Paulo or through the Correios.

In the latter case, a Postal Code will be sent via email. The customer should address this number to the nearest Correios and post your box. The entire process must occur according to the norms and established deadlines.

The option of return by repentance or withdrawal is valid exclusively for virtual purchase, and is not valid for those made in physical stores of the JULIANA GEVAERD

 

The request for return by repentance or withdrawal must be made through the CONTACT, available on our website, within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt of the product, according to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. We ask that you do not ship any product before the above procedure.


When filling in the CONTACT field, please inform us the following data: full name, order number, CPF and reason for the return. After the contact, the customer will receive a service protocol number and procedures for return.


The following instructions must be followed for return:

- The product can not show any indication of use, washing or modification by the customer;
- The label and the seal must be affixed to the product and in the original packaging;
- A copy of DANFE (Documento Auxiliar da Nota Fiscal Eletrônica), with the justification of the return noted on the back, must accompany the product inside the package;
- The customer must pack the product in a packaging that adequately protects against transportation damage.
- The return cost for repentance or withdrawal will be from JULIANA GEVAERD, after completing the CONTACT field, the customer will receive by email the return procedures and a postage authorization.

The returned product will be submitted for analysis after its arrival at the Juliana Gevaerd Distribution Center. The deadline for analysis is up to 20 (twenty) business days, counted from the receipt of the product in the Distribution Center. After analysis, the client will be informed via email about the cancellation of the request, the refund of the payment or credit card chargeback.


JULIANA GEVAERD reserves the right  to do not accept the return of product if the above established has not been observed. In this case, the returned product will be returned to the customer without prior consultation.

RETURN BY EXCHANGE:


 

The exchange of products purchased through the virtual store can be held in the store JULIANA GEVAERD  or through the site by the CONTACT field, within a period of up to twenty (20) days from the date of issuance of the invoice.

When filling in the CONTACT field, please inform us the following data: full name, order number, CPF and reason for the return. After the contact, the customer will receive a service protocol number and procedures for return.

 

The following instructions must be followed for return:

- The product can not show any indication of use, washing or modification by the customer;
- The label and the seal must be affixed to the product and in the original packaging;

The customer may also attend the JULIANA GEVAERD store and present the product for return, since that fulfils the conditions above.

The exchange is conditional upon the stock availability. The deadline for sending the new product, after the analysis, will be up to 10 (ten) business days, and the cost of shipping will be from the JULIANA GEVAERD.

 

JULIANA GEVAERD reserves the right  to do not accept the return of product if the above established has not been observed. In this case, the returned product will be returned to the customer without prior consultation.

The choice of the new product must respect the minimum value of the original product. 


CASES IN WHICH WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES:


- Jewelry.
- Settlement Products/ SALE.
- Products by past collections.
- Products from the current collection by Preview, that is, future collection.
Eg.: Parts of the current collection (Spring / Summer) can not be exchanged for pieces from the Preview Autumn / Winter collection.
- The Period Of Exchange will lose its validity with the start of settlement.

 

 

RETURN BY DEFECT:

- "The cost of the default shipment will be by Juliana Gevaerd through agency posting authorization. After the CONTACT field is filled in, the customer will receive by email the procedures for return and the authorization code. We remind you that the postage authorization is valid for up to 5 business days, if the product is not sent within the time limit the cost of the shipment will be of the customer ".

 

The customer may also attend the JULIANA GEVAERD store and present the product for return, since that fulfils the conditions above.

The choice of the new product must respect the minimum value of the original product. 

Initiative of the virtual store JULIANA GEVAERD:

The cancellation of the order and release of the products acquired by initiative of the virtual store Juliana Gevaerd will be automatic in the following situations:

 

Impossibility of execution of the debit corresponding to the purchase in the credit card;
Inconsistency of data filled in the application.

 

The restitution of values by initiative of the virtual store JULIANA GEVAERD will occur in the following situations:

Impossibility of delivery of the goods acquired due to lack of delivery address indicated by the customer or non-accessibility. In such situations, the product will return to the Distribution Center, and the JULIANA GEVAERD virtual store will return the value corresponding to the prices of the products, excluding freight costs.

In case there is a lack of the merchandise purchased in the virtual store JULIANA GEVAERD , due to failure in the integrated inventory system with the sales, will be processed the return of the amounts paid to the buyer through the same payment method used in the purchase.

Important: In these situations, the client will be previously communicated.

 

The Merchandise Exchange at the initiative of the virtual store JULIANA GEVAERD occurs in the following situation::

In case there is a lack of the merchandise purchased in the virtual store JULIANA GEVAERD , due to failure in the integrated inventory system with the sales. If it is possible, it may be exchanged for another merchandise chosen by the customer.The price difference between the products will be charged if the chosen product has a higher value, or returned by the JULIANA GEVAERD virtual store if the product has a lower value.

Important: In this situation, the customer will be notified in advance.
